Payment

Your reservation is confirmed once an advance payment or valid booking confirmation is made. Guests in Islamabad/Rawalpindi pay 60% in advance and 40% on check-in. Guests from other cities must pay the full amount in advance.

Yes 👍 it’s always a good idea to keep a receipt or booking confirmation (printed or digital).

Yes. Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged one night’s stay. No-shows are non-refundable.

Yes. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and the hotel is not liable for loss or theft. Any damage to hotel property will be charged.

Reservation

1. Cancellation Before 48 Hours

  • If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before check-in, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment.

2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours

  • If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before check-in, a charge equal to one night’s stay will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who do not arrive on the day of check-in without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Early Check-Out

  • If you decide to leave before your confirmed check-out date, charges for the unused nights are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used for booking.

Once payment is made, you’ll receive a receipt/confirmation via WhatsApp or email, which you should show at check-in.

Yes, you can modify your booking (dates or room type) subject to availability. Please inform us at least 48 hours before check-in.
